The shoes are painted on using hybrid acrylic paint and is covered with a sealant after the design is completed. Any pair of shoes are at risk of scuffs and scratches. Hence, the customer wears these shoes at their own risk.
Our aim is to send your customised sneakers within 14 working days. However, we depend on the carrier, so it may be that your order is delayed. Please note that this may be more common around public holidays.
When an order is placed you will be provided with a personalised ID. Track this ID on our tracking page.

Payment methods for Emjaywhy Designs are done with EFT payments.

Emjaywhy Designs can courier shoes around the country.
Old kicks – We arrange a pick-up in Gauteng. Located outside of Gauteng? No stress we arrange a courier to EMJAYWHY. Old sneakers will need to be assessed first. If the sneaker is really damaged we may advise on alternate plans.
New Kicks – Let us know what kicks you like and your size, we can arrange great prices from our suppliers. If you get the kicks, no stress, we can arrange a pick-up in Gauteng and if you’re out of Gauteng we can arrange a courier to EMJAYWHY.
*All custom sneakers will be shipped with Track and Trace provided both parties agree to registered shipping.

Our regular carriers are Aramex door to door carriers. However, we are open to utilising any courier service our customers comfortable using.
Returns and changes on the order are negotiated with the customer on an order by order basis.
