Whether it’s for a small or large customisation, old / new kicks get collected or couriered to us for assessment. If the old sneaker is really damaged we may advise on alternate plans.
Consultation
Let’s have a chat over WhatsApp or a video call, whichever platform you prefer. We can render a design drop some images online and get a colour scheme going. This is usually Day 2 after the order is placed.
Ready for Collection
It takes about a week for the magic to happen. So 7 days after the consultation is complete the order will be ready for collection. Should we hit any snags along the way, we will update you through the process.
